Our firm specializes in Child Welfare, and Immigration Laws. Our child welfare cases encompass a simultaneous representation of parents, and children, respectively, with the end goal of family reunification. We advocate for the stated, and legal interests of our children clients, and work with the parents to ensure that their legal rights are not infringed upon while they address the legal issues that led to the removal of their children. When reunification is not a viable safety option for the children, our representation extends to alternative permanency plans like Title 13 Guardianship, Long- Term and Extended Foster Care Placements, and adoption.
Our immigration law practice is a holistic representation of individuals, and families, in their applications for benefits before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”); through consular process, and through removal defense proceedings.
